SCR verdict β on-time-delivery against the OP plan. A build is a hit when actual/forecast SCR is on or before OP SCR + Management Reserve, otherwise a miss. Projected means the build has not yet reached SCR.
SCR Β· OP (οΌMR) β actual β the committed SCR-with-MR date and the delivered/forecast SCR date.
MR consumed β days the SCR has moved beyond the OP SCR date, against the Management Reserve allowance (e.g. 28/28 used Β· +15 over).
PFHO Β· OP β actual β Power & Facilities Hand-Off against its OP date. Secondary to SCR.
TIPM β the build's owner (Technical Infrastructure Programme Manager).
